HomeServe Cover 8 for Flats

You rely on your heating and hot water every day and with this comprehensive cover for your home, you can rely on us.

HomeServe Cover 8 covers a wide-range of problems, such as gas boiler breakdowns, burst pipes, blocked drains and faulty electrics. 

You can claim as many times as you need and each claim has a £4,000 limit, unless it’s a boiler or central heating claim, where there’s no limit as long as your boiler isn’t Beyond Economical Repair (BER).

HomeServe has also added some extra features, for all new customers we’ll carry out a Boiler Health Check, so we can make sure your boiler is safe and that it can be covered.

And the best bit of all is, after 6 months, if your boiler is BER and less than 7 years old, we'll replace it for free. If it is older than 7 years old, we will source, replace and install a new boiler and all you'd have to do is pay for installation.

What's covered?
  • Repairs to your home’s gas central heating system, including boiler, controls, radiators, tanks, immersion heaters and hot water cylinder
  • A noisy boiler
  • Repairs to your home's plumbing system and the parts of your water supply pipe that you’re responsible for
  • Repairs to and unblocking of your home’s drains and waste pipes to restore flow within your property boundary
  • Repairs to your home’s mains electrical wiring system
  • Repairs to broken locks at your home and replacement of keys
  • Removal of pest problems

  • Household appliances
  • Showers
  • Any pest outside other than a wasp/hornet nest
  • Guttering
  • Soakaways
  • Chimney repairs
  • The gas pipe leading into your meter

To apply

£23.00
per month in the first year.

With £50 excess. Annual price £276.00.

The price will be different for existing and returning customers. The price will increase at renewal. Currently customers in their second year are paying £25.00 a month, £300.00 for the year for this policy, provided they have made no claims.
